Shipping policy
Here at Kassaki we process orders from Monday through to Friday (except public holidays). We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same working day as long as the order is received on our system before 13.00 subject to the availability of stock.
We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders. Our main delivery service is with Royal Mail. Within the UK we primarily use the 1st class option offered by Royal Mail. Parcels are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days, however we do stress this is a general statement and not a guarantee.
International Shipping cost is £ 9.99 flat rete for all orders. International orders are usually processed using Royal Mail services. Deliveries to the rest of the world can take 4 - 10 working days to reach their destination. Again, the quoted delivery times are estimates and should only be treated as a guide. Please be aware that there could be delays in customs and the possibility of local taxes and duties being charged to your delivery if certain thresholds are crossed.
